Terms of return of goods purchased in the online store of natural cosmetics ZAptieka

1. Warranty

Warranty means the promise of the manufacturer or seller to reimburse the consumer for the amount paid for the Goods, exchange the Goods, or eliminate non‑conformity if the Goods do not meet specifications.

2. Proof of Purchase

Exercise of warranty rights is possible if the Buyer retains proof of purchase, which must be provided to the Seller along with the Goods.

3. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer (a natural person who is a “consumer”) may refuse the Goods within 14 days from the day of receipt, in accordance with the procedure for using the Right of withdrawal.

4. Exclusions from Withdrawal

The Right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if:

• the legal return period has expired;

• the Goods are custom-made or personalized;

• the Goods deteriorate quickly or will soon expire;

• the Buyer opened the Goods not returnable for health or hygiene reasons;

• the Goods have irreversibly mixed with other items;

• the Goods require special storage conditions (humidity, temperature, etc.).

5. Sealed Products / Hygiene Packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, products supplied with a protective seal, security sticker, or tamper-evident packaging cannot be returned or refunded once the seal, sticker, or packaging has been removed, broken, damaged, or otherwise compromised after delivery.

6. Notification of Withdrawal

The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing and submit the withdrawal form to exercise the Right of withdrawal. The Seller will acknowledge receipt and provide information on the decision.

7. Return of Goods

The Buyer must return the Goods without delay, no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form, to Terbatas iela 59/61, LV‑1001, Riga, Latvia.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

8. Refund

The Seller will refund all payments, including shipping costs, within 30 days from receipt of the withdrawal form and Goods. Refund may be withheld until the Goods are received.
