Tea: ½ tsp Ashwagandha root powder in 200 ml water at approx. 80°C, steep for 10 minutes. Can be combined with warm milk, honey, or spices to taste.
Powder can be added to smoothies, milkshakes, yogurt, or cereals. Typical portions: ½–1 tsp.
Face Masks:
Moisturizing Mask for Dry Skin: 1–2 tsp Ashwagandha powder + 1–2 tsp yogurt (or honey for extra nourishment). Mix into a smooth paste, apply 10–15 min, rinse with cool water.
Radiance and Tone-Improving Mask: 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder + 1 tsp lemon juice (avoid if sensitive or photosensitive skin) + 1 tsp yogurt or milk. Mix, apply 8–12 min, rinse, and use sunscreen during the day.
Nourishing Honey Mask: 1–2 tsp Ashwagandha powder + 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp plant oil (e.g., coconut or shea). Mix, leave 12–15 min, rinse.
