Aromatherapy

Diffuser/Aroma lamp: add 2–4 drops to water to create a fresh, clarifying atmosphere indoors.

Aromatic inhalation: place 1 drop on a tissue and gently inhale the aroma.

Topical use (only diluted in carrier oils or other emulsifiers!)

Cosmetic enrichment: add 1–2 drops to a single portion of cream, lotion, or shampoo.

Massage oil: mix 3–5 drops with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, grapeseed).

Purifying bath: pre-mix 4–6 drops with an emulsifier (sea salt, honey, milk) before adding to bathwater.

Repellent spray: add 10–15 drops to 100 ml of water in a spray bottle. Shake well before use.

Store in the original dark glass bottle in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, at +5...+25°C.

Keep tightly closed after use.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Shelf life after opening: up to 24 months.

Not recommended during pregnancy (especially the first trimester), lactation, or for children under 2 years.
