Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp for a refreshing atmosphere. For aromatic inhalation, place 1 drop on a tissue and inhale.

Topical use (always diluted with carrier oils or emulsifiers):

Add 1–2 drops to a single portion of cream, lotion, or gel.

Mix 3–4 drops with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, grape seed) for massage.

For a refreshing bath: mix 3–5 drops with an emulsifier (sea salt, honey, milk) before adding to water.

For a cooling compress: blend 2–3 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil, apply to a cloth, and place on the desired area.

Store in the original dark glass bottle in a cool place at +10…+20°C, away from direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Shelf life after opening: up to 12 months.

Not recommended for children under 7, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for individuals with asthma, GERD, or serious chronic conditions.
