Aromatherapy
Diffuser/Aroma lamp: Add 3–5 drops to water to create a bright, uplifting atmosphere indoors.

Aromatic inhalations
Place 1–2 drops on a tissue and inhale the scent for refreshing support.

Topical use (only diluted with carrier oils or other emulsifiers!)

Cosmetic enrichment: Add 1–2 drops to a single portion of cream, lotion, or shampoo.

Massage oil: Mix 3–5 drops with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, or coconut).

Refreshing bath: Pre-mix 4–6 drops with an emulsifier (sea salt, honey, or milk) before adding to bathwater.

Keep in the original dark glass bottle, in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight, at +5...+25°C.

Close tightly after use.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Shelf life after opening: up to 24 months.

Possible individual intolerance or allergic reactions.

Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children under 6 years of age.

Do not ingest!

Perform a patch test before first use: apply a small amount of diluted oil to the inner elbow and wait 24 hours.
