Aromatherapy
Diffuser/Aroma lamp: add 3–5 drops to water to create a calming atmosphere indoors.
Aromatic inhalation: apply 1–2 drops to a tissue and inhale to enjoy the warming scent.
Topical use (always diluted with carrier oils or emulsifiers)
Cosmetic enrichment: add 1–2 drops to a single portion of cream or lotion.
Massage oil: mix 3–4 drops with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, grape seed).
Relaxing bath: pre-mix 4–5 drops with an emulsifier (sea salt, honey, milk) before adding to bathwater.
Store in original dark glass bottle in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight, at +5…+25°C.
Close tightly after use.
Keep away from children and pets. Shelf life after opening: up to 12 months.
