Aromatherapy

Diffuser/Aroma lamp: add 3–5 drops to water to create a fresh and uplifting atmosphere.

Aromatic inhalation: apply 1–2 drops on a tissue and inhale to support focus.

Topical use (only diluted in carrier oils or other emulsifiers!)

Cosmetic enrichment: add 1–2 drops to a single portion of cream, lotion, or shampoo.

Massage oil: mix 4–6 drops with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, grapeseed).

Toning bath: pre-mix 5–7 drops with an emulsifier (sea salt, honey, milk) before adding to bathwater.

Repellent spray: add 10–15 drops to 100 ml of water in a spray bottle. Shake well before use.

Store in the original dark glass bottle in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight, at +5...+20°C.

Keep tightly closed after use.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Shelf life after opening: up to 24 months.
