Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to water in a diffuser or aroma lamp to create a floral, soothing atmosphere.

Aromatic inhalation: Apply 1–2 drops to a tissue and inhale for a refreshing experience.

Topical use (always diluted!):

Add 1–2 drops to a portion of cream, lotion, or face mask.

For massage: blend 4–6 drops with 15 ml of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, or grapeseed).

For bath: mix 4–6 drops with an emulsifier (sea salt, honey, milk) before adding to water.

For spray: add 10–15 drops to 100 ml of water in a spray bottle and shake well before use.

Store in the original dark glass bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at +5…+25 °C. Keep tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Shelf life after opening: up to 12 months.
