Warm a small amount of oil between your palms and gently massage it into clean, dry or slightly damp skin using smooth, flowing motions.
On damp skin: ideally apply the oil immediately after a shower, onto slightly damp skin. This helps lock in moisture and supports faster absorption.
On dry skin: for a classic massage, apply the oil to dry skin to ensure long-lasting glide.
Use slow, fluid movements, adjusting the pressure to achieve your desired effect. Suitable for a relaxing full-body massage as well as for post-shower skin care.
Reapply oil during the massage as needed to maintain a smooth, comfortable glide. Avoid using excessive amounts — a light layer is sufficient, and the skin should not feel overly saturated.
Allow the oil to fully absorb after the treatment. Any excess can be gently blotted with a dry towel.
Professionals often recommend not rinsing off high-quality oils immediately, allowing them to continue nourishing the skin.
